A Soft Open

Have you ever heard of a soft opening? As I understand the term, it is when a restaurant opens quietly, no advertisements, no big fanfare with a limited menu and often with just invited patrons. This soft open is used as a dry run, so to speak so that the owners can be sure all things will run smoothly when the real opening day comes. I know this term is used in the restaurant business but Im not sure of any others.

Well, I am now "soft opening" ArtfulINKables.com as of March 1st. I had originally planned to have a grand opening by this date and I know many are eager to buy some of my more familiar sets so I dont want to let those folks down. I have the pond friends set, thought I'd bug you and many others available now. The newer sets have not arrived quite yet though so I'll save the fanfare for when all my anticipated stock of images is available. The time should not be far off so 'stay tuned' for more news and updates.

Wah! I love your stamps! I went in all excited to buy them and the shopping link doesn't work yet :-( Maybe it is just too early in the day? I'll try again later (she says hopefully)

I just have a question I have ordered from you before. Was Pond Friends a set before I have the turtle and the fish and the cattails but not the rest of those in the set. Just curious if maybe I missed something before??? Thanks Kim
